We make bi-weekly deliveries into the city. For free. Select this option at check out and we’ll contact you to figure out when and how to get your wine to you. This is the best option if you see something you like but aren’t in a desperate hurry to get it. If you have specific time requirements that you’re trying to meet (for example, a party this Friday) call or email first so we can let you know what’s possible.
In the Copake area
We’re still sorting out how to manage delivery up here. We don’t have regular delivery days or fees set up, but we’re happy to work with you to figure out a solution if delivery is a must. And in-store pick up – that’s always an option!
Elsewhere in the U.S., we use UPS Ground as the default shipping method. Shipping costs will appear in your shopping cart before your order is processed. If you prefer overnight or other expedited shipping methods, leave a note at check out or give us a call at 518.329.5549 and we will let you know what additional charges apply.
We generally ship out on Monday or Tuesday to avoid a weekend spent in a UPS warehouse. This will vary based on where you are located as UPS Ground often takes only 1 – 2 days to many destinations. IF THE WEATHER IS PARTICULARLY HOT OR COLD AT OUR LOCATION, THE DESTINATION, OR IN BETWEEN, WE WILL NOT SHIP WINE unless you request it in writing. We will hold the wine for you at no charge until it is safe to ship.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to all states. If there is no UPS shipping option at check out, you’re unfortunately out of luck. Please call us at 212.346.9544 and we can discuss potential options.

Do note that we can no longer ship to Michigan due to the recent law that was passed. You can read about it here. And if you're from Michigan, we encourage you to talk to your local representatives about your disappointment in this recent law.
New York State law permits us to accept the return of goods that are defective. For such returns we can offer a replacement of the same item, we can refund a credit card, or we can issue a store credit. The return of unopened goods, non-defective goods is only permitted if specifically pre-arranged at the time of purchase.
